About the Work

A playful art deck by Teppei Nakao.

The back of the deck features an impressive design with a comic-strip-style layout centered around a blue character.
Bright colors like yellow, blue, pink, and orange are combined rhythmically, creating a pop and lively atmosphere.

The somewhat surreal and charming characters are a hallmark of Teppei Nakao's unique appeal.
The more you look at it, the more fun the detailed expressions and movements become, resulting in a piece you can't help but gaze at.

The top side has a simple orange-based design, making use of the wood grain while subtly placing the logo in the center.
The contrast with the lively impression of the back is pleasant and pulls together the balance of the entire piece.

Beyond its visual impact when displayed as art, this is an alluring art deck that lets you enjoy Teppei Nakao's worldview in your daily life.

Display Suggestions

We recommend displaying this piece horizontally to make the most of its composition.
A bit different from how skateboard decks are typically shown, mounting it on the wall as an art piece truly highlights the interest of the panel-like design.

Against a white wall or in a simple space, the vivid color palette stands out even more, providing a strong sense of presence as an accent for the room.
It pairs well with pop-style decor and small items, but we also recommend hanging it alone in a minimalist space.

Whether in a living room, workspace, or as a shop display, this is a piece you can enjoy as art that lifts your spirits every time you look at it.
