Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the [Service Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by Silkmaster Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By using the Service, users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)

Article 2 (User Registration)

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

Acts related to criminal activity.

Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service.

Acts that infringe the rights of other users or third parties.

Attempts at unauthorized access.

Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 4 (Suspension of the Service)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if any of the following applies:

When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the system.

When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.

When communication lines or computers are stopped due to accidents.

When the Company otherwise deems it difficult to provide the Service.
Article 5 (Copyrights)
All content within the Service (including text, images, videos, logos, etc.) is owned by the Company or by third parties holding legitimate rights. Users may not use, reproduce, or redistribute such content beyond the scope of private use without prior authorization.
Article 6 (Restrictions on Use and Deregistration)
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict the User’s use of all or part of the Service or cancel the User’s registration if any of the following applies:

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company bears no liability for any damages incurred by the User as a result of using the Service.
Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms at its discretion without prior notice to the User. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are displayed on the Service.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of disputes regarding the Service, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
