【Artist Profile】

Rinaty (Rinaty Kawai) / Self-Portrait Photographer
Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1998 and based in Osaka. Under the theme of "self-portraits that help you learn to love yourself," she has gained attention for her unique method of completely self-producing everything from photography, hair and makeup, styling, to direction while serving as her own subject.
【Major Achievements】Selected for the Tokyo Camera Club 2022 Top 10; published the solo book "#TheBehindTheScenesOfSelfPortraits: I'm the Photographer, the Model, and Everything Else" (Genkosha); held the solo exhibition "Self-Portraits Captured with FUJIFILM GFX" (Gallery ANBAI.); and serves as a special lecturer in the Styling Photo Department at Ueda Yasuko Fashion College, among other activities.
